Terms of Use

Last updated: July 26, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Sitalla, a platform that helps participants discover active events and organizers publish them.

General provisions

By using Sitalla, you accept these Terms and applicable law. Sitalla provides a discovery and publishing platform; it does not automatically act as the organizer of a listed event.

Registration and account use

Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Participant and organizer responsibilities

Participants should assess event information and follow organizer instructions. Organizers are independently responsible for running events, participant safety, descriptions, pricing, payment terms and refunds.

Event publication requirements

Organizers may publish only complete, accurate and lawful event information. Publications must clearly state the activity, schedule, location, participation conditions, price and relevant safety requirements.

Accuracy of information

The person publishing content is responsible for its accuracy, currency and legality. Organizers must promptly correct changed details and communicate material changes or cancellations to participants.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Unless Sitalla expressly states otherwise, payment, cancellation and refund arrangements are determined by the organizer and the participant. Sitalla is not a party to that agreement.

Prohibited conduct and content

You must not use Sitalla for fraud, illegal content, impersonation, harmful activities or infringement of intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights.

Limitation of Sitalla liability

Sitalla does not guarantee that an event will take place, meet expectations or be safe. To the extent permitted by law, Sitalla is not liable for organizer actions, participant actions, injuries, losses or disputes arising from an event.

Account blocking and publication removal

Sitalla may restrict accounts, remove publications or take other moderation measures when these Terms, law or third-party rights are violated, or when platform safety is at risk.

Intellectual property

The Sitalla name, interface, software and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their content but grant Sitalla the permission needed to display it on the platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the platform or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page; continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
